In a small bowl, flake cooked Alaskan pollock with a fork. Mix in the lime juice and salt, pepper, garlic, and red chili powder to taste. If using red pepper flakes, add those last and mix well. Warm the black beans in a small, microwavable bowl for about 45 seconds on high. Stir the beans. Lay out one tortilla. Layer on a generous portion of pollock mixture, then the shredded lettuce, and top with black beans. Roll the tortilla tightly and set aside. Repeat until pollock mixture is gone.
