Grilled Rockfish with Garlic and Basil
Global Seafoods' best grilled rockfish recipe
Rockfish taste isn't a well-known fish, but it should be. It is versatile and flavorful without being overly ″fishy.″ It may not be as flashy as salmon or other Pacific and Atlantic wild seafoods, but what it lacks in appearance it more than makes up for in flavor and texture. Wild Pacific Rockfish comes in many varieties, such as yelloweye, dusky, and Black Rockfish, and they all share the same great quality meat. It's easy to learn how to cook and lends itself well to many cooking styles and flavor profiles including bbq, Asian-inspired, and spicy Mexican flavors.
