Awesome! Not as large as advertised, but delicious!
I have brought snoecrsbs for years, always 12+. But I moved and found this place. I bought the 14+ oz crab legs, but the crab legs were all cracked up in many pieces, and those still in the cluster were 10-12 oz, absolutely not 14+ oz. I was so excited when opening the box, only to be so disappointed. If that is what they call 14+, I would be terrified to see the 8-10 clusters. To pay so much...lesson learn, waiting see if the next company is able to deliver
Cost wise a very good deal, comparison to those from alaska..makes it questionable. The flavor were, like they are old. I won't be purchasing anymore of these.
I thought the price was very reasonable for the quality and size advertised and I was excited to try a new seller. They arrived broken and there was not one cluster that was intact. They also didn't seem as cleanly processed as the ones I have had in the past from another seller. The taste was fine, however if you are planning on a beautiful presentation, you should probably shop elsewhere. Hopefully this was just a bad batch. I'm not sure if I will try them again though.
Cameron's Seafood has 12 pounds for 352.00 Amazon has, per pound, 19.99 which is still less. The local food chain has them at 16.99 pound. Considering the Snow Crab season was cancelled, that means these are long term frozen crap. Which is the same as everywhere else. Seeing as the season was cancelled, the best way to recoup losses---of course, jack the price.
