Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number notification at the email address you provided during checkout.

  • If the message appears there, we recommend marking it as “Not Spam” so you can receive future updates without interruption.

Shipping Address Changes

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. We strongly discourage customers from attempting to reroute shipments directly with UPS.

  • Any change requested through UPS may delay delivery by 24–48 hours.

  • Because our products are perishable, such delays may cause the order to arrive late and risk damage or spoilage.
