Package Options
- 4 oz oval steaks, skin-on and bone-in: two pieces per pack, 10 lb order.
- 8 oz steaks: 5 lb or 10 lb order.
The cut differs between options. Check your selection before ordering and adjust cooking time to the thickness of the pieces.
