Storage & Handling
Inspect on arrival, follow the supplied live-crab handling instructions and cook promptly, ideally within 24 hours. Keep in breathable packaging and out of fresh water. Contact us promptly with photos if the condition on arrival concerns you.

Live arrival is not guaranteed. All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of live seafood, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If UPS does not deliver within 30 hours of shipment, we may review the case and at our discretion issue store credit or a replacement.
