- We ship all snow crabs live, but due to the nature of shipping live seafood, we cannot guarantee they will arrive alive. Even if a crab arrives not moving, it is usually still safe to cook if kept cold.
- How are the crabs shipped?
- Orders are shipped UPS Overnight and packed with gel ice to maintain a cold temperature during transit.
- When will my order ship?
- Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. We ship Monday through Thursday and do not ship on Fridays to avoid weekend delays.
- What if UPS delivery is delayed?
- If UPS does not deliver the package within 30 hours after shipment, we may review the situation and either issue store credit or send a replacement shipment.
- Can I return live seafood?
- No. Because this is a perishable product, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
