Preparation & Serving
Prepare and cook thoroughly using the instructions supplied with your order. Cooking time varies with crab size and method; shell color alone does not establish doneness. Serve with lemon and butter or use cooked meat in your preferred dish.
Storage & Handling
Inspect on arrival, follow the supplied live-crab handling instructions and cook promptly, ideally within 24 hours. Keep in breathable packaging and out of fresh water. Contact us promptly with photos if the condition on arrival concerns you.

Live arrival is not guaranteed. All sales are final — no returns or refunds on perishable seafood.
Shipped UPS Overnight with gel ice. Please allow up to 24 hours to process your order. We ship Monday through Thursday and do not ship on Fridays to avoid weekend delays.
If UPS does not deliver the package within 30 hours after shipment, we may review the situation and either issue store credit or send a replacement shipment.
