Preparation and Storage
Follow the package's refrigeration, use-by and cooking instructions. Cleaning and gutting do not mean the fish is boneless; check for bones during preparation.
Try grilling with a glaze, braising with ginger and garlic, or preparing eel in soup. Sauces and accompaniments are purchased separately unless stated on the package.
