Ahi Poke
Inspired by the classic Hawaiian dish, this ahi tuna poke recipe is light and healthy, featuring fresh raw tuna marinated with soy, sesame and onion. Serve over rice with sliced cucumber for a meal, or serve it on rice crackers for a simple appetizer.
Just thaw, mix, and serve
1 Kit of 1 Pound of Sashimi Grade Ahi Tuna cubes (Total 1 lb Tuna) and 1 Kit 4 oz Premixed Marinade. Each kit makes two 0.5 lb servings — perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
