Activation

Membership approval may take up to 3 hours after signup. Purchase and use your VIP Membership with the same email address you use for your Global Seafoods orders.

10% VIP Cashback

Active VIP members receive 10% cashback on eligible purchases. Cashback applies according to the current VIP program rules and eligible purchase requirements.

Free Standard Shipping

Active VIP members receive Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders. Where a shipping code is required, use MEMBERSFREESHIPPING at checkout.

“Standard Shipping” means the least expensive eligible shipping method available for the order and destination. Depending on the destination, this may include UPS Ground, UPS Home Delivery, or UPS 3 Day service.

Products Requiring Special Shipping

Some products require expedited or overnight delivery for quality and food-safety reasons. Black caviar and certain fresh fish shipments may require overnight shipping and therefore may not qualify for free standard shipping.

Membership Term & Renewal

VIP Membership provides benefits during the applicable membership period and automatically renews unless canceled before the renewal date.

Refunds & Transfers

VIP Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
