Preparation

Storage & Thawing
Keep frozen and follow the package storage and use-by instructions. Thaw in the refrigerator before preparation.

When you purchase uncooked King Crab from us, we supply detailed written and video instructions on how to cook it to perfection. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the cooking process, and it's possible that some meat may stick to the shell. Rest assured, this does not compromise the quality, and the crab meat remains delicious and juicy.
We do not offer refunds for any cooked crab, and we can only accept returns for uncooked crab in a good frozen condition, identical to how we initially shipped it to you.
