Frozen yellowfin steaks, saku blocks and albacore offer 5 lb and 10 lb total order options. Total weight does not promise a fixed piece count or individual wrapping. For fresh fish, confirm the current order weight and preparation; whole-fish weight is not the same as usable boneless meat.
