Fantastic! Loved everything about it!

Having experienced A LOT of caviar in my life, I know good caviar when I see it. Everything about this trout caviar was fantastic. Shape, color, size, texture, smell, taste. Medium sized grains, plump and sticking together nicely, no leaky gooey mess. The price is extremely reasonable and shipping is fast! All I had to do is defrost a pack overnight and then marinade the caviar in some shoyu. Yum! Will try other offerings soon.
