How to Prepare Snow Crab Clusters

Our Snow Crab Clusters are fully pre-cooked — simply thaw and reheat using any of these methods:

Steam (Recommended)

  1. Place clusters in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  2. Steam for 5–7 minutes until heated through.
  3. Serve with drawn butter and lemon wedges.

Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place clusters on a baking sheet and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Boil

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add clusters and boil for 4–5 minutes.
