At Global Seafoods North America LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our products are produced in accordance with the best industry practices and adhere to USDA and FDA food safety regulations.
The net weight of our seafood, certified by the Department of Transportation, Division of Weights and Measures, is precise and non-negotiable.
We offer detailed descriptions and, for select products, videos to aid in your evaluation. Our customer service team is also available for further inquiries via email or live chat. It’s important to note that we cannot accept returns or provide refunds based on personal taste preferences such as saltiness, texture, or natural odors of seafood.
Given the perishable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns, and all sales are considered final. However, there are specific exceptions:
Damage, Quality, and Missing Items: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you encounter issues with quality, damage, missing, or incorrect items, contact us immediately.
Claim Process: Claims should be initiated by completing the form Click Here and send to info@globalseafoods.com and can only be made by the person named on the invoice. Photos of the boxes, packing materials, and the product are helpful in resolving any problems. Keep the product frozen or refrigerated as appropriate.
