Large fish may be cut into several large sections to fit the shipping box. Your fish may therefore arrive in large sections rather than as one intact piece. Further cutting and portioning may be needed before cooking.

Whole-fish weight and usable fillet weight are different. The head is not included. Fillet yield depends on the fish and how you trim and portion it; a fixed yield percentage is not promised.
