Nutrition
Avocado contributes unsaturated fat and fiber, while salmon roe naturally provides protein, marine omega-3 fatty acids and several vitamins and minerals. Exact nutrient values depend on the ingredients, serving size and the specific roe product. For a focused discussion, see our Salmon Roe Nutrition Guide.
Storage and Serving
Keep the roe chilled until assembly and serve the toast promptly. Follow the package directions for the specific roe lot; for broader guidance see our Salmon Roe Storage Guide.
From Global Seafoods
Global Seafoods North America has worked with salmon roe for decades. For simple dishes like avocado toast, we prefer adding the roe at the very end rather than mixing it into warm or acidic ingredients in advance.
