Amazing :-)

Perfect easy dinner for the whole family. With added mashed potatoes aside makes it better than any restaurant dinner.

its fine

i cooked it at 400 for 20 mins. i'll try cooking it longer next time, maybe 23-25 mins. I had 2 pieces of the fish, with bake potato. I caught a headache after eating it, so there's definitely mercury in the fish. overall, not bad.

I love this tender, delicate fish sautéed in a bit of butter with lemon, capers, and fresh dill.
