My fish came with two, only two blue ice bags. No dry ice. It was barely cool. I tried to salvage as much as I could. Never buy it again. Very very disappointed.

Dry Ice – We are unable to add dry ice to fresh seafood shipments. If dry ice is used, the product will freeze, and our goal is to deliver it fresh, never frozen.

Gel Packs – The two gel packs you received are the standard quantity we use for fresh seafood orders. This method is tested to maintain safe temperatures during transit.

The real challenge in your case is shipping to Hawaii. Unfortunately, UPS cannot guarantee next-day delivery to Hawaii for perishable goods—it always takes an extra transit day. This timing is controlled by the carrier, and while we prepare and ship as quickly as possible, delivery times to your location are outside of our control.

If you’d like, you can discuss shipping timeframes directly with UPS, or consider an alternative shipping address on the mainland where next-day delivery is available.
