These recipes are not only quick and easy to make, but they are also packed with flavor and sure to satisfy your taste buds. So, if you are a crab lover or just looking to switch up your weekday dinner routine, keep reading for 5 easy and delicious crab recipes!

  1. Crab Stuffed Avocado

If you are looking for a light and refreshing meal, this crab stuffed avocado is perfect. The creamy avocado paired with the sweet and tangy crab filling creates the perfect balance of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, lime juice, salt, and pepper.

  3. Mix until well combined.

  4. Spoon the crab filling into each avocado half.

  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crabmeat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, scallions, red pepper, celery, egg, salt, and pepper.

  2. Mix until well combined.

  3. Form the mixture into 8 patties.

  4. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of oil over medium-high heat.

  5. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown.

  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
