✔ 2 lbs Washington State Dungeness crab legs (cracked, meat removed)
✔ 1 onion, chopped
✔ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✔ 3 cups potatoes, diced
✔ 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
✔ 2 cups heavy cream
✔ 2 tbsp butter
✔ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔ Salt & pepper, to taste
