Storage Instructions
Upon arrival, remove clams from the bag and place them in a bowl or tray. Cover with a damp towel or paper towel—never store in fresh water.
Refrigerate at 34–38°F and cook within 24–48 hours.
Discard any clams that remain open and do not close when tapped.
