its fine

i cooked it at 400 for 20 mins. i'll try cooking it longer next time, maybe 23-25 mins. I had 2 pieces of the fish, with bake potato. I caught a headache after eating it, so there's definitely mercury in the fish. overall, not bad.

I love this tender, delicate fish sautéed in a bit of butter with lemon, capers, and fresh dill.

Wild Alaskan Sablefish

Rich, buttery and delicious. My daughter cannot have salmon for the time being, due to high oxalate content, but she does not miss it thanks to this lower oxalate cod substitute. I still eat the salmon, which is equally delicious.
