Delectable!

Fantastic product! Absolutely delicious when warmed up. All you have to do is put them in a skillet on low heat and it helps to enhance the caramelized smoky flavor.

Fantastic!

I got the $ add-on as I was getting another order; just wanted to try them. Wow! I have never had scallops this delicious before and I'll be placing an order for a larger order....just for myself (I'm not sharing these babies!) I had them warmed in some olive oil....fantastic!

A favorite appetizer

A favorite with Chardonnay before the main fish meal. I slightly warmed them to just a golden brown. That smoky sweet flavor is very rich. I like the 4oz. packs for the appetizer part of the meal.

never made it to the pan....

I was going to warm these as suggested but OMG....they are DELICIOUS cold too and they never got past my mouth! May I have some more? Going for the gusto this order!

Two French Chefs; Chef Dominique Place and Chef Gerard Parrat were recruited in the 1980's to expand the French culinary movement in America. After some years they both settled in Seattle as their new home and each opened their own intimate French Bistro. Unable to find a smoked salmon to their liking, they created one. The Executive Chefs from the Four Seasons and the Fairmont Hotels were regular patrons, and they loved Gerard & Dominique's smoked salmon. After multiple requests, they convinced them to make it for their hotels; and with that, Gerard & Dominique Seafoods was born.
