  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds


  1. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Ahi tuna and sear for 1-2 minutes on each side until browned on the outside but still pink on the inside. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly. Cut into small bite-sized pieces.
  4. In the same skillet, add the bok choy and carrots. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
  5. Add the cooked soba noodles to the skillet and toss to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the noodle mixture and toss to coat evenly.
